Erica Gray is the Owner of Curvy Chic Boutique and Purpose Driven Consulting LLC. She started her boutique several years ago, catering to plus size women. Purpose Driven Consulting began because she felt there was a need to guide whomever she could to their own path of entrepreneurship. Under this umbrella she has helped several women launch or relaunch their own boutiques. She has branched out to serve young girls in their desire to learn how to start businesses as well. She has also produced several successful business events that she produces throughout the year, such as the Curvy Chic Business Brunch. Her love of service and education exudes in every thing she does. She has gone on to connect with Pearls Mentoring for Girls, starting a new chapter of the organization in her county. She serves as the Advisor for this group of teen girls. She has also been an active participant in the local PTO, serving as Treasurer. She has hopes of successfully running for the Leake County School Board in the near future. Having children in the school system, she has become increasingly involved in ensuring the youth are receiving the best education possible. One of the mottos she subscribes to is sacrifice. She believes it takes both personal and professional sacrifices to be successful. She holds a bachelors in Sociology from Jackson State, and an MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship from Strayer University. She is currently a College Success Advisor at Jackson State University.
